Best aspects of our stay were the clean and well-furnished rooms with excellent river views. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with key tourist attractions easily accessible. Additionally, the wellness area with its fitness studio, pool, and sauna was a great feature that we thoroughly enjoyed.
Worst aspects of our stay were the poor design and lack of signage within the hotel. It was frustrating to navigate around, especially when trying to find the spa and pool.

The location was unbeatable, with plenty of shopping and attractions just a few blocks away. The hotel staff was excellent and very helpful during our stay. We especially enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the spa treatments were amazing. we were very impressed with our experience.
The room we stayed in was a bit cramped, with only one lounge chair available. The shower was also difficult to use, with a high lip to climb over and a rounded tub bottom that made it hard to keep our balance.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, just a short 5-10 minute walk to the historic town square. This means easy access to all the sights that Prague is famous for. The rooms are comfortable and offer nice views of the river. The hotel also provides a mobile phone for tourists to use, which is a great initiative.
The room service and food quality can be a bit disappointing, as mentioned in some reviews.

We stayed for a week and loved the hotel's location right on the river walk. Being able to walk to the square and Charles Bridge was fantastic, especially since we're in our 70s. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options including porridge and dumplings. The staff at reception were very helpful, and the roof terrace offered stunning night views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and plenty of seating.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, but we were advised it would be in a couple of hours. We took a stroll in the nearby old city. The hotel is conveniently located on the edge of the old town, so you don't need a car to get around. The staff was very helpful and willing to assist. The breakfast buffet was nice, with a wide variety of options. I would recommend this hotel for its location and good service.

Our stay at this hotel was luxurious, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were incredibly relaxing, and we enjoyed spending time there during our stay. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had excellent food and drinks, and the buffet breakfast was diverse and satisfying. the private facilities were exceptional and offered a true sense of exclusivity.
The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the service. Although the staff was courteous and helpful, we found ourselves waiting on hold for quite some time when we needed to call them.
